Approaches to Sleep Hygiene
Sleep disturbance and sleep issues are common in those with physical and mental health difficulties. There is a complex relationship between sleep and physical and mental health - with health difficulties contributing to the development of sleep issues as well as being exacerbated by them in turn. This workshop teaches evidence-base sleep hygiene strategies that can be utilised in clinical practice.
About the Workshop
This brief workshop focuses on maximising sleep hygiene through teaching Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)-based skills, strategies & techniques that clinicians can add to their tool box to utilise in everyday practice with patients and clients. Topics covered include:
