Wellbeing in Pregnancy
This is a 4 week wellbeing course exploring common thoughts & feelings regarding pregnancy, birth & parenthood. The workshops explore changing social roles, identities & relationships, & introduce wellbeing & self-care strategies for pregnancy & beyond- helping to prepare you psychologically for the next steps in your journey to becoming parents. Partners are welcome & encouraged to attend.

New Beginnings: Wellbeing for New Parents
This is a 4 week course exploring thoughts & feelings that often emerge in the first few weeks & months of parenthood, with a focus on identity, social roles & mental wellbeing. The workshops explore wellbeing & self-care strategies for new parents, tackling common difficult thoughts & feelings, addressing relationship & communication issues that can arise during this time & exploring realistic mood management strategies. Partners are welcome & encouraged to attend.

Relaxation Skills Training
This is a one session workshop introducing relaxation practices. The session explores the biological & physiological processes involved in the stress & anxiety response, & teaches techniques to manage such responses.

Communication Skills Training
This is a one session workshop introducing communication skills & techniques. The session explores common communication styles & patterns, effective ways to enhance communication in our relationships as well as addresses some of the factors that interfere with effective communication.

An Introduction to Mindfulness
This is a four session workshop introducing the principles of mindfulness practice. The workshops involve practicing mindfulness exercises with the aim of developing present moment awareness.

Living Well with Long COVID
This is a four session workshop exploring management strategies to reduce the impact of long COVID on health, wellbeing & daily life. This workshop provides a safe a space to discuss long COVID experiences and to learn evidence-based coping skills to manage specific symptoms (breathlessness, pain, cough, fatigue & brain fog).

Living Well with a Chronic Health Condition
This is a four session workshop exploring evidence-based self-management strategies for chronic health conditions such as chronic pain, chronic fatigue, IBS, fibromyalgia, MS, long COVID, respiratory conditions and neurological conditions. This workshop provides a safe a space to discuss experiences and to learn evidence-based coping skills to manage specific symptoms.
