A Bit About Leah Lowe
Leah’s counselling approach is relaxed and interactive, with a focus on building a supportive and positive therapeutic relationship. She offers a calm and encouraging presence, providing a safe and non-judgemental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings.
As an integrative counsellor, Leah draws on a range of therapeutic models and interventions to enhance your self-awareness and to help you gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself; empowering you to make positive life choices and bring about meaningful changes.
Leah holds a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling and is currently completing her BA (Hons). She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Leah has experience of supporting clients both in private practice and charitable organisations, with particular focus and experience in working with issues related to bereavement and neurodiversity.
