Under the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation 2016 the service lead, Dr Lucy Kozlowski is the Data Controller of all data and records associated with the Third Wave Psychologist.
We strictly comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation 201, adhering to the 7 principles set out when processing, storing and utilising client data.

Attendance in therapy will remain private and confidential, with data only shared with those that the client consents to share information with (for example course tutors, GPs, partners). The exception to this is if there are concerns regarding risk or harm occurring to the client or the general public. In this instance, in line with a legal, professional and ethical duty of care to clients and the public, information would be shared with the relevant agencies. COMPLAINTS & CONCERNS:
