Mentoring Scheme for Aspiring Psychologists
The Third Wave Psychologist is proud to offer a FREE mentorship programme for aspiring clinical psychologists. If you are an aspiring psychologist looking for support with your journey into clinical psychology then please do check out the support options below!
1:1 Mentoring
1:1 mentoring provides a point of contact with someone in the profession who has been through the application journey and successfully gained a place on clinical psychology training. Aspiring psychologists are paired with a mentor who has been through the application journey and successfully gained a place on clinical psychology training. Mentors typically provide insight, advice, support and guidance on the journey to clinical psychology training including areas such as the role of the clinical psychologist, relevant clinical and research experience, applying for jobs, applying for the doctoral course, application preparation and interview preparation.
Mentoring is available remotely (via email, telephone or virtual support) from trainee and qualified clinical psychologists. To sign up for the scheme (or to become a mentor yourself!) please complete your details here.
